HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

We like to keep the fees simple. We charge a one time fee to set up the listing page, create home guides, and take professional photos. From there, we charge 20% of the nightly rate and invoice on a monthly basis.

Is my property eligible for homestay’s through my city’s short-term rental regulations?

Our team will walk you through a step-by-step application process to ensure you comply with San Luis Obispo's specific requirements of obtaining a business license for homestays.

We do it all so you don’t have to. Sojourn PM is a full-service property management company, which means we take care of everything from guest inquiries, reservations, cleaning, & maintenance.
